Pre-Sale Return & Exchange Policy
Any products purchased during the Pre-Sale can be exchanged, or returned for a store credit ONLY. Returns and exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. No signs of wear should be shown on the sole of foot or heel. Original shoe box must be included and in new and undamaged condition. If your shoe box came with plastic wrap that you still have please place the shoe box inside and place your return in an outer box to protect the original shoe box during shipping.
Please Note: We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we suggest you insure your package and add tracking. You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. (Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.) Both Domestic and International Shipping charges are a flat rate.
For Domestic: $9 for the first pair, $2 for each additional pair.
For International: $25 for the first pair, $10 for each additional pair.
Please note: Some countries may charge duties and fees. We are not responsible for any fees incurred by customs, tariffs, and taxes, it is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office BEFORE making a purchase if you are concerned with fees.
